1. Bookings & Instant Quotes

All online bookings placed on IDACAB are subject to vehicle availability. Instant fare estimates are calculated based on route distance and requested vehicle class.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a administration charge.

3. Passenger Responsibility

Passengers must ensure they select the correct vehicle size for their group and luggage quantity. IDACAB reserves the right to refuse excess luggage that exceeds safety limits.

4. Licensing & Operations

IDACAB operates as a licensed Private Hire Vehicle (PHV) service fully compliant with UK local authority regulations.
